Harvest started in the 3rd week of February & continued for 2 weeks. Sauvignon Blanc was left on its lees for a few months before blending with a small percentage of barrel-fermented Semillon adds mouth-feel & body to the wine. The wine expresses freshness, balance & minerality with notes of green figs and citrus zest. Talc-like texture on the palate; elegant, fresh & crisp. 95% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Semillon. 13.5% abv.
